Philosophy Vita Nova Trentino Wellness, a guarantee of quality
Vita Nova Trentino Wellness’ philosophy is quality guarantee. To belong to this association, Vita Nova Hotels & Resorts undergo a scrupulous test with criteria linked to structure, services on offer, the atmosphere and communication. Furthermore, periodic maintenance and quality control tests are carried out.
All the Vita Nova Hotels & Resorts are obliged to have in place the following structural criteria:
- 2 massage/ beauty treatment rooms;
- 1 indoor swimming pool;
- spa bath;
- 1 “dry heat” room”;
- 1 “hot steam” room”;
- 1 hot/cold shower;
- 1 relaxation area in the World of Saunas;
- 1 open air relaxation area around the pool;
In addition, they must reach a number of minimum optional requirements linked to other features of the Wellness & Beauty Centre (further saunas, swimming pools, gyms, sun terraces, etc.)
All the Vita Nova Hotels & Resorts are obliged to have in place the following criteria linked to services:
- 1 specialised beautician;
- reception services in Hotels and Resorts;
- Wellness centre services;
- wellness facilities open 6 and a half days per week for at least 6 hours a day;
- use of the organic cosmetics range exclusive to Vita Nova Hotels & Resorts of Ribes Nigum and Nigritella from Trentino;
- dressing gown available for guest;
- refreshment area in the Wellness Centre;
In addition, they must reach a number of minimum optional requirements linked to services in the Beauty Area (staff, equipment, specific courses with diplomas, etc.).
Vita Nova Hotels & Resorts must always maintain a high standard linked to the atmosphere concerning the following factors:
- cleanliness of interiors;
- staff presentation in the Wellness Centre;
- atmosphere in the Wellness Centre;
- atmosphere in the communal areas;
- atmosphere in the rooms;
In addition, they must reach a number of minimum optional requirements linked to atmosphere, environmental management and certifications.
As far as communication is concerned, all the Hotels & Resorts have to display material concerning the Vita Nova Brand and partecipate in at least 70 % of the training initiatives in the field of wellness organised by the Club for entrepreneurs and members of staff.
